Corned Beef and Cabbage from Throwbacks

Since it was St. Patrick's day, it is fitting I eat CB&C. I was at Throwbacks Sports Bar & Grill and of course there was CB&C on the special menu.

The CB was OK, a little chewy, the cabbage was done but the core was not cut out of it. The potatoes were a variety and were pretty good.

The only thing wrong was there was no mustard and the bread was supposed to be toasted but it was only warm and dried out.

 At least there was Green Beer..........

BTW, real Lakers Fans do not wear green on March 17th. Ashley the bartender is NOT a fan of the World Champs, she was wearing Celtics garb....the horror!
