Corned Beef Night 2/19/11

I took this and placed it in a large pot. To that I added a quart of chicken stock then added water until the brisket was covered. Bring to a boil then drop the heat to med. Cover and cook for 2.5 hours. I then added peeled potatoes then after 45 minutes I added a head of sliced cabbage.
15 minutes later....dinner.
