It looks like I will be doing Sunday dinner at Jennifer's. I am going to do chili and cornbread on the side. I am going to use beef short ribs for the chili and pinto beans, both done under pressure.
Tonight I have some pork loin chops that I will cook like my chiken, under pressure.
Hopefully my pressure cooker will last.
One of the things I like to do is cook and here is what I cook and eat.
