Quick Meal for Busy People

When I got home from work, I had some other things to do than cook dinner. Never fear, there is always something I can whip up in a min or two.

Last time I went to Costco I picked this up for days like today, good thing as the expiration date is tomorrow.

And lookie here....homemade bread. Gee slice a couple of slices off, pop into a toaster for a bit, a little bit of butter on both pieces, put some of the chicken salad on it, and presto.....

Some chips, not the Olde Ship type but their crisps, on the side with a Pepsi, good dinner for when the cook is busy.


Now back to Margaret's laptop.....
