Prime Rib sandwich with fries and au jus |
The rib steak is served on two pieces of sourdough bread with "chips" and au jus. There is horseradish served on the side.
It is very good. I always start off by eating all the mushrooms off the steak then take the horseradish and cover the meat. Then it is take a bite, dip it in the au jus then enjoy. I like taking the fries and let them rest in the au jus before I enjoy them.
Good food!
This looks really, really good except for the mushrooms and horseradish... all the rest... yummy!
